Dear partners and shop-owners,

in recent months we had the chance to extensively test our new printing method digital direct (DD). So we increased our capacity as well as made progress with the quality on different products. Also we have a fallback option now, which means if a printing machine fails we have a second one and do not have to use digital transfer any more. That being one of the reasons we couldn't generally introduce DD to partners earlier.

So we are overtly happy to announce that we can offer digital direct printing to all our partners now! We'll start with three products each, in the men's and the women's section:

* Men's Classic T-Shirt (article ID 6)
* Men's Slim Fit T-Shirt (article ID 84)
* Men's AA T-Shirt (article ID 175)

* Women's AA T-Shirt (article ID 288)
* Women's Summer-Shirt (article ID 267)
* Women's Shoulder-Free Tank Top (article ID 172)

To use these products for DD, you only have to activate the printing type "Digital Direct" when creating products in the confomat.

Your products using digital transfer printing will remain unchanged for the time being. You have to newly create DD-products or edit your old products.

One question I have, I see when I edit my flock products to DD I can still change the colours, are you guys actually editing the vector files and exporting them to PNG to acheive this????

This is a good feature but I notice you can't do it on uploaded PNGs (understandable) and I wondered if it would be possible for us to upload a vector in more that 3 colours than was specifcly for DD and use the colour change on them??

So if image has transparent areas, do they have some coating/membrane on those parts?

For DD? No, simply "nothing" will be printed there.
